Privacy Policy Covers

  • This Privacy Policy covers The PodLounge"s treatment of personally identifiable information that we collect when the user is on the Site, and when the user uses the Site. This policy also covers The PodLounge"s treatment of any personally identifiable information that our business partners share with us or that we may collect on a partner"s site.
  • This policy does not apply to the practices of other companies over which The PodLounge has no control, or to people that we do not employ or manage.

  • The PodLounge collects personally identifiable information when a user registers for a Pod Lounge account, when the user uses our products or sites, and when the user enters promotions or sweepstakes. The PodLounge may also receive personally identifiable information from certain business partners.
  • When a user registers with The PodLounge, we ask for your name, email address, birth date, gender, postcode, occupation, industry and personal interests. Once you register and sign in to our sites, you are not anonymous to us.
